Halloween Pup Parade

My boy ALC from growadickny live-blogged the Pup Awards yesterday. He had some interesting things to say. Held each year in Tompkins Square Park, the costume contest consistently draws an adorable crowd. We saw a pup dressed up as a hot dog but didn't have our camera with us. Bollocks!
